Job Responsibilities:

* The Director of Process Development is responsible for turn key EPC petrochemical and chemical plant development, manufacturing and chemical process development.
* Leading a process engineering team to provide high quality and reliable components for entire turn key system-level integration, engineering, procurement and construction.
* Supervision of all daily activities in the EPC development of all oil & gas, chemical and process engineering activities within the company.
* Lead or assist in the development efforts to define and implement the processes involved for turn key EPC development of all oil & gas, chemical and petrochemical plants.
* Ensure the successful implementation of the engineering, procurement, start up, construction and commissioning all chemical processes in the Asia Pacific region.
Job Requirements:

* Provide good ethical leadership and direction to a diverse team.
* Experience at interacting with and influencing senior board management.
* Development and execution of change management for EPC Process Plants.
* Business Planning Analysis and Risk Management for EPC Process Plants.
* Experienced in turnkey EPC Chemical Process Improvement.
Job Qualifications:
-----------------------------------
* A PHD or a Masters in one of the following specialisations: chemical engineering or process engineering.
* A min of 15 - 20 years industrial experience in all areas of EPC process development for turn key oil and gas, petrochemical or chemical plants.
