Main Responsibility:

·Lead and actively contribute to pipeline design, vendors identification and selection, engineering, construction, equipments selection to completion
·Lead or support pipeline studies, including concept and feasibility, routing, budgeting, and construction reviews
·Lead and participate in studies about pipeline capacity enhancement and asset integrity
·Participate in technical reviews, and pipeline integrity reviews
·Manage and review work carried out by external engineering consultants
Requirements:
-----------------------------------
·Bachelor degree or above, major in petrochemical design and engineering, pipeline engineering, gas/oil storage and transportation, etc.
·Minimum of 8 years of pipeline experience in the oil & gas industry, such as design, engineering, construction, project management
·Experience (design, operation and management) of product transmission and distribution systems would be an advantage
·Broad knowledge about pipeline hydraulics, mechanical design, controls and protection systems, etc. An understanding of the materials and corrosion issues associated with pipeline developments
·Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, and the ability to work with limited supervision
·Project management experience is a must
·Good English skills and computer skills are required
