Responsibility/Tasks
-----------------------------------
- To support the proposal activities for estimation cost and time for assembly.
- Ensure all of the contracts and delivered to quality and on time.
- To manage the workforce in the factory to ensure effcient operation.
- Ensure accurate and detailed records are maintained of all contracts for quality and cost.
- Ensure the company meets all of the health and safety requirements in PRC for our activities.
- To coordinate the activities of the engineering design department to localise the products in China.
- Manage the operation of the factory to budget and introduce cost saving practices and reduce the operation costs.
- To maintain records of the equipment suppllied.
- To coordinate whith HR training for the workshop personnnel for their safety and personal development.
Competencies
-----------------------------------
- Experience of assembling and manufacturing large metals related equipment.
- Knowledge of Wuality Control and Quality Assurance systems.
- Ability to read, write and speak English and to interpret if required.
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Good I.T.skills.
- Ability to communicate well externally and within the team in the business.
- Experience in managing a workshop.
