职位职能: Chemical Laboratory Manager化工实验室经理
JOB OBJECTIVES:
1. Support, facilitate and expedite the implementation of experimental products developed from R&D, with the existing or new production processes, to meet the customer requirements accordingly.
Responsible for the technology transfer from R&D for process development.
Support daily production activities, generate and control the recipe run in production.
Generate and / or revise SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), maintain quality documentation in quality data base, ensure product meet the specification.
Accountable for the new process development to troubleshoot, debottleneck, solve problems, and improve existing production processes in slurry making & coating.
Perform daily physical/chemical analysis and fulfill the requirement/objectives which are specified.
Prepare samples for customers
Report and record test results according to the present procedure by the management.
Coordinate and expedite internal development processes with Group R&D and production sites.
Perform internal audit on production processes and EHS.
Establish and improve the preventive maintenance system for the instrument at the laboratory and whole plant. Control the instrument by planning and performing of calibration, inspection, preventive maintenance, spare part management, 5S at the laboratory, and instrument documentation etc.
Support the purchase dept.to find alternative raw materials.
REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred Master or above with 2 years industrial experience with Chemical Engineering, Polymer or Organic Chemistry background or Bachelor with 5 years Chemical industrial experience.
Experience with chemical application, product development is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years related experience in operation, maintenance and management of various analytical instrument and test equipment.
Familiar with ISO17025.
Very strong hands-on experiences and trouble shooting skills.
Fluent English (competent to CET-4 level).
Skilled in using PC software (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project).
Able to provide guidance to subordinates and coworkers from different disciplines and experiences; Able to withstand pressure and have flexibility; Good communication and strategic thinking.
- Responsible for meeting planning and prepare meeting agenda, meeting minutes record.
