职位：EHS Manager-China operations（著名美资企业）
Position Focus：
Responsibilities include EHS program management and implementation for general and chemical safety programs for workplace safety and for local, provincial and federal regulatory compliance.
Primary Responsibilities：
1、Work with Corporate EH&S Manager to adapt and implement XXX Global EHS programs；
2、Training staff to insure regulatory compliance；
3、Audit operations to confirm EHS program components are being observed；
4、Review chemical ordering, usage and storage to maintain compliance and safety；
5、Coordinate hazardous waste disposal；
6、Environmental permitting; maintain safety files；
7、Manage Chemical and Equipment Safety Programs – procurement, use & disposal; lock-out/tag-out procedures, machine guarding issues；
8、Coordinate and work with Safety Coordinators；
9、Implement General Safety program – basic life safety: general fire safety, hazard awareness, emergency preparedness；
10、Carry over relevant elements of the safety program throughout client site, including: machine shop, engineering, warehouse, laboratory；
11、Problem solving for critical research and manufacturing needs.
Education/Qualifications：
1、BS Environmental Science, Physical Science or Chemistry；
2、Knowledge of Chinese workplace safety and labor laws, familiar with the United States Occupational Health & Safety Act (OSHA) and Chinese Building Code regulations for high-technology or nanotechnology；
3、Formal training in hazardous waste operations；
4、Experience in industrial and laboratory setting.
Experience required：
1、Industrial Hygiene 4+ years (gas, vapor, fume and particulate sample collection)；
2、4+ years EOHS work experience；
3、Delivering and developing training programs；
4、Experience with performance-based safety program development and implementation
5、Prior work with powdered materials；
6、Experience with environmental permitting in China；
7、Experience writing manuals.
Skills and Competencies Required：
1、Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications; exposure to Oracle platform applications；
2、Supervising and managing；
3、Performance of Job Safety Analyses and Risk Assessment；
4、Strong or fluent in Chinese and English languages.
Additional preferences：
1、Certified Industrial Hygienist, Hazardous Materials Management , Certified Safety Professional；
2、Masters in Chemistry or physical science.
