Job description of Production manager
· Under Technical Director s leadership, be in charge of production, operation, logistic and warehouses, and other designated tasks
· Be responsible for the management and improvement of safety production, production technology, and production equipment.
· Be involved in development and improvement research in collaboration with Company or relevant subsidies.
· Under Technical Director s leadership, establish, maintain and supervise logistic and warehouse management, management policy in environment control, salary distribution, safety, firefighting, technology, equipment and so on.
· Arrange and organize the raw material and finished goods management in and out of the company. Make sure about the safety of company property.
· Establish and maintain waste, contamination and pollution control management, and achieve clean production. Minimize the waste in the process.
· Save energy, increase capacity, reduce cost, and increase economic efficiency.
· Improve technology innovation, technology development, and improve competitiveness.
· Establish, maintain , and improve quality management. Quality is vital to company. Make sure the quality management of each process and provide high quality product to customers.
· Finish the tasks instructed by TD.
Job requirement
· College or higher education, with Technical Titles above the intermediate level.
· Experience in filling, mixing and / or petrochemical process technology.With 5-8 years or more work experience in productionfield.
· Strong management capability.
· Knowledge about for ISO9001,2008, 14001, 2008
· Have strong professional skills in operation, logistic, work flow design and organization, in
equipment maintenance, and technical understanding.
· Rich experience in western safety standards, handing of dangerous material, and explosion proof
environment.
· Hands on and willing to work at the work shop floor.
· Good health condition, ambition for career, strong working and organizing capability
· Need to be fluently in English in written, reading, listen and speaking
