| 岗位描述 |
Main Responsibilities:
1, Manage development team including levels of Ph. D, Master and BS degrees;
2, Clearly understand semiconductor technology roadmap and convert the information into product development performance target;
3, Provide technical vision and direction to the development team;
4, Manage day to day development activity and ensure the project milestones to be met;
5, Interact with customers to seek their need, support demos and provide them with development update and technical support;
6, Work with the Quality and Manufacturing Department closely to support product commercialization.
Qualifications:
1, Good communication and people management skills, as well as ability to motivate staff and foster innovation, proven record of successful management from early product development to final commercialization.
2, Be able to communicate on the daily basis both written and verbally in English.
3, Be able to function effectively under highly demanding environment.
