| 岗位描述 |
Responsibilities
· Understand the technical background and direction in the assigned application field
· Responsible for product development including understanding the technical requirement, set up the development route, designing and executing experiments, collecting and analyzing data and making critical technical decisions.
· Perform preliminary customer demos, improve product performance based on customer feedback.
· Provide technical mentoring to assistant engineers.
Qualifications – Ph D in polymer science or chemistry, minimum 3 years hands-on working experience in dealing with polymer chemistry in fine chemical, specialty chemical or electronic materials industry. Experience of product development and formulation is preferred.
Other – good presentation and communication skill, proven record of creative thinking and innovation, demonstrated strong technical leadership, advanced English, Level 6 preferred.
