Responsibilities:

　　•Optimize energy efficiency and reliability of operational plants;•Provide trouble shooting in cases of shutdowns and damages;•Assist in fault identification at existing plants;•Collaborate on design of new production sites;•Review and check the process design (including ASU process calculation and basic design, P&ID plant and equipment specifications and etc.) of new plants and the modifications of existing plants;•Provide engineering support for installation and commissioning of Messer China plant;•Support preparing new projects by definition of technical concepts;•Train the engineering and operation staff of the operational companies;•Provide assistance in organization structures for operations in Messer China companies.

　　Qualifications:

　　•At least Bachelor degree in chemical engineering or cryogenic engineering;•At least 5 years experience in design and operation;•Good English in oral and written form;•Computer literate;•Open minded;•High mobility;•Excellent interpersonal skills;•Good influencing skills.•Interested in multinational cooperation with other Messer companies abroad;
