Process Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Conduct site survey and process analysis to identify potential energy conservation opportunities for UOP customers.
• Study the feasibility of process optimization and innovation, make corresponding improvement program and deliver engineering implementation services.
• Provide technical supports to design institutes or other EPC contractors in optimizing engineering designs.
• Help UOP customers to analyze and improve operation variables.
• Deliver site-wide fault diagnosis and de-bottlenecking service to customers
• Help the customers to maximize the capability of existing equipments, optimize the overall plant configuration and the production plan/schedule, increase product yields and upgrade product qualities and distributions.
• Assist in improving equipment reliability and optimizing maintenance plan.
• Help customers to maintain the benefits of process optimization and energy efficiency improvement.
Profile:
• A minimum of 5 years refining experience in process design, process operations or process control.
• A minimum of a Master Degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering or similar technical discipline.
• Experience of minimum of two process modeling projects using Hysys/Aspen++/Pro2
• Excellent teamwork attitude, communication skills
• Fluent in English speaking, writing and listening
• Self-motivated and highly-dedicated
• Working experience in foreign company or representative office in a plus
• Willing to travel both in domestic and oversea
