Position: Compounding Supervisor
Responsibilities:
1. To manage and train the compounding operators.
2. To realize the production plan
3. To ensure company's safety, quality policy implementation to achieve objective
4. To improve productivity and control cost to achieve objective
5. To work efficiently within dept and with other department
Requirements:
1. College or above, major in chemistry or related;
2. Good people management skill;
3. Problem solving skill;
4. Good command of English and computer;
5. High creativity, accountability, initiative and team work
