· Native Chinese national with good command of written and spoken English.
· Engineering ,Science or Commercial degree.
· Minimum 5 years experience in sales to consumer, professional and industry sectors, at least 2 of them in a supervisory role.
· Good command of usual computer applications(MS Office ,presentation and graphic packages).
· Highly proactive ,enthusiast and self-motivated ,with strong leadership skills.
· Self-organized and able to work without direct supervision ,developing and enforcing the use of sales procedures and trade tools.
· Track record of managing a team of salespeople, as well as creating sales network of agents ,representatives and distributors.
· Proven ability to access top wholesalers and industries ,delivering high yield ,high quality results.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Recruit ,Train ,program and control the team of local sales representatives.
· Build up the sales network of agents and distributors in the domestic market.
· Develop and implement the sales strategy for different markets .Manage the sales pipeline ,Develop and execute a key account strategy.
· Communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functionally across the organization.
