1.RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist GM Shanghai to manage the operation in Shanghai
To manage and coordinate all engineering, procurement and construction activities on projects performed by MWP.
To coordinate the interfaces between engineering, procurement and construction management departments in Shanghai
To be responsible for ensuring all projects performance meets the high expectations.
To be responsible for ensuring HSE meets company objective requirement and expectation.
To perform the annual performance review of all personnel under the direction of Operation Director.
To coordinate and support the Proposal, Business Development, HR/Administration/Financial on all matters that interface with each group.
2. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement all company project, engineering, construction management and procurement procedures.
Responsible for conducting weekly project review meetings with all project managers and department managers. These review meetings must be held weekly.
Ensure that all project change notices are submitted in a timely manner to ensure all project costs are accounted.
To develop the plan and program and arrange training of personnel in all departments.
Develop monthly project summary project reports to keep management informed on actual progress of all projects.
Develop monthly manpower projections.
Develop monthly project cost and schedule reports.
To resolve major internal personnel issues within the operation.
Audit the quality of projects carried out by Shanghai operation
Assist HR to interview key people.
Assist Business Development for presentation and proposal.
Assist Financial Department to collect outstanding invoice.
3. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or above in the field of engineering or construction
18+ years work experience, has oversea working experience or expatriates is preferred
At least 5+ projects as Project Manager, chemical experience is preferred.
Strong experience and knowledge of EPC/EPCM
