Job Title: Quality Control Manager
Rep ort to: GM
Job Responsibilities:
Quality system management:
l ISO9001:2000 quality management system
l External audits
l Internal audits
l Documents translation and distribution
Quality Assurance:
l Assurance of the quality of the company’s products
l Incoming goods inspection
l Online inspection
l Analysis data of QA
l Inspection of records and workers’ QA work
l Laboratory management: inc. test equipments purchasing and calibration
l Training schedule, and train workers in quality assurance
l Test re ports for IBCs and drums
l Arrange customers test
Customer service
l Customer complaints: investigate correct action, and represent the opinion of the company to satisfy customer complain
l Customer audit of QM or QA
l Customer audit of products, sometimes visit customer
l Answer questions from customers
l Fill customer questionnaires
Product & production approval
l CCS, CIQ approvals of IBCs and drums for dangerous goods and food exportation
l Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision
l BAM product and production approval
Supplier management:
l Audit suppliers
l Control quality of 3rd party supplied parts
l Feed back problems to H.Q., analysis the cause and initiate corrections
l Others appointed by GM.
Qualifications:
l Bachelor degree or above, Engineering or packaging or automatic or chemical background, majors in quality will be a plus
l About 5 years working experience in the role of quality management in a manufacturing environment with 8 years working experience
l Strong problem solving skills and sufficient on site management experience;
l Strong communication skills with internal or external parties;
l Strong personality;
l Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese.
