QC Lab Mgr
Responsibilities:
*Manage the Dongguan Quality Control Department
*Work with Production, R&D, and Sales to improve all aspects of Quality
*Develop and implement Quality Assurance programs in co-ordination with the regional Quality Manager
*Develop, implement, and monitor work process procedures
*Maintain the Quality Alert Data base
*Run tests and adjust batches as required
*Review Test procedures for efficacy and compliance
*Develop and maintain a problem batch data base
*Review quality problems, determine route causes and corrective actions
*Work with Production and R&D to improve FRC
*Work with Purchasing to improve Supplier performance
*Work to reduce SMOG inventories
*Visit Customers to address Quality Alerts and improve relations
Qualifications:
*Must have degree in Chemistry or Engineering
*Good color vision, must pass color test
*Must have 5-10 years experience in working in QA
*With 2-3 years working in chemical plants preferred
*Fluent in Mandarin and English
*Willing to travel 10% of the time
*PC literate; with good working knowledge of Microsoft programs
*Good interpersonal skills and must be able to work with Teams
