Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the preparation of detailed shut-down and start-up plans for all operating units, participate in the estimation of the critical path schedule.
2. Acts as overall coordinator for Production Department to coordinate production and maintenance groups during actual work in major shutdowns.
3. Study data and determine optimum use of resources across SLIC when all four units are shut down for major overhaul.
4. Ensure accurate record and reports are produced for major overhauls including lessons for the next major overhaul.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above in mechanical engineering with at least 3 years shut-down experience in chemical process.
2. Knowledge of each production plant sufficient to be able to understand the main issues relating to carrying out a major overhaul.
3. Good analysis, communication and management skills. Ability to speak English and operate computer. |
