Responsibilities:
1. To establish suitable Quality Control System (for In-coming material Inspection, In-process Inspection and Final Inspection).
2. Organize the Inspection and Test Activity and follow-up inspect the Quality of the Raw materials, In-process Product and Final Product.
3. To coordinate between Headquarter and Roquette Lianyungang both factories on QC matters.
4. Organization of the training related to Quality Control.
5. Management of the Corrective and Preventive Actions in Laboratory.
6. Management and Control of the discipline and work performance of Laboratory Operator.
7. Analysis of the Quality Objective and Indicators implemented in Laboratory.
8. Management of the Quality Specification of our Customer and Supplier.
9. Management of the Technical Manual (e.g. Quality Standard, etc).
10. Efficient Inter-communication with other relevant Department.
11. Control the Safety, Security and Environment effectively during Inspection and Test.
12. Keep relationship with External Lab.
13. Contact with the Technical Bureau for technical monograph and Quality Standard.
Qualification:
The Minimum Education: Bachelor
Major Required: Chemical, instrument analyses or relevant specialty
Work Experience: Above 5 years experience
License/Certificate: Registration quality engineer
English: Ability to communicate in English |
