Responsibilities:
· Collect, analyze the information or materials concerned to Project, draft a precept.
· Based on production process and user's requirements, work out different technical proposals, to compare, check with concerned people and suggest final one to manager.
· Prepare estimated budget and hand over to manager.
· Apply for purchase requests.
· Contact with potential supplier for audit and equipment /material selection, get quotation and negotiation together with purchasing dept. for final contract.
· Prepare project implementation plan and schedule sheet, follow up implementation work and check safety, quality and progress of the work.
· Debug, check, accept and associate with the project.
· Audit the project estimation, and do the settlement. |
