Responsibility:
- Gathering market information and develop a strategy plan based on that information, to increase turnover in new market with new relations in China.
- Responsible for keeping up the existing contacts for a distribution network and the extension of the distribution network in China.
- Responsible for obtaining the annual distributors budgets.
- Jointly responsible for the marketing strategy for China in line with strategy of the mother company and for keeping this policy in agreement with the market wishes.
- Responsible for the commercial and technical support of the distributors in China.
- Jointly responsible for making annual company budgets and three years plans.
- Making quotations and calculations in cooperation with Internal Sales.
- Cooperation to customer satisfaction research, report and action plans.
- If necessary, give support to relations/projects of colleague of the export department in Holland.
Qualification:
Minimal a university education
Major in engineering
Excellent in English
MS Office and lotus Notes
Working Experience:
At least 5 years experience in an equivalent technical sales function
Affinity in technique, experience in floors and/or construction products and/if sport equipment is an advantage
Competence:
Independency, focus, responsibility and inventively
Commitment, flexible attitude, convincing and loyal.
Good communicator
Willingness travel frequently
