Responsibility:
- Be responsible for budgeting and P&L of the Distribution business regarding overall business development activities of all Distribution channels of the region - North China.
- Obtain agreement from both the Regional Manager and the National Distribution Manager, for and achieve personal sales and profitability budget of company products in all regional Distribution channels, defined in the personal objectives.
- Manage regional distributors following national and regional strategy agreed by both the National Distribution Manager and the Regional Manager.
- Advise the National Distribution Manager on the development of new products and competitor activities in the region; be able to react quickly to the changing market trend.
- Introduce and present existing and new products and systems, defined in the personal objectives, to local Distribution channels.
- Recognize sales opportunities wherever possible, closely monitor local Distribution revenue and constantly project and promote Company and product image.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationship and provide necessary in-store training, technical advice and services to customers.
- Encourage internal harmony within the SBU and Departmental managers and carry out effective communications, coordination and cooperation within the entire organization.
Requirements:
- Must be a bachelor holder or above.
- Must be result oriented able to manage with a period of rapid growth and
- dynamic development, able to identify opportunities in the market place and make recommendations to address these opportunities with sound strategic, analytical and implementation skills.
- Must possess excellent communication skills to establish good relationships
- with clients, dealers, wholesalers, retailers and their employees and is able to perform presentation both in English and Chinese.
- Must possess experiences on handling distribution business especially in paint field.
- Must have proved abilities to manage and develop a team.
- Must be a competent user of a computer being familiar with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
