| 岗位描述 |
Responsibility:
- Legally responsible for all activities and processes of Branch.
- Assure compliance with the “company’s China Group Policy” and local laws.
- Lead the budget process and is accountable for achieving it.
- Create Company thinking within his/her Branch.
- Set objectives for the directly reporting staff according to “Management by Objectives”.
- Support the strategic goals in Human Resources based on the approved strategy in particular management development, talent recruitment, and promotion and employee retention.
- Know the markets, its potential and development as well as company’s and Competitor’s strengths and weaknesses.
- Identify, evaluate, propose, integrate business opportunities and assure that “Time into the Market” is as short as possible.
- Realize the “focused growth” concept.
- Set and control sales prices in accordance with company’s China Price Policy.
- Allocate the necessary resources and means in accordance with budgets.
- Control the overall performance and take immediate actions if required.
Requirements:
- Above college degree.
- Major in construction or civil engineering preferred.
- MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 6 years working experience.
- At least 4 years in construction industry or related field.
- Minimum 2 years sales management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly customer oriented skills.
- Be able to work under high pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good planning and organisation skills.
- Aggressive and open-minded.
- Good skills in English.
