Leadership of polyurethane programs across Polyurethane surfactant NPI’s, platforms,
and processes
• Interface with the EU and Americas teams on delivery of global NPI programs. Must
process a strong new product introduction) polymer background and meet the needs of
the customer across all of Greater China
• Support the implementation of products in Manufacturing at Songjiang and deliver
productivity opportunities to the business.
• Serve as the primary Interface with members of the Urethane Additives technology team,
manufacturing, and commercial organizations. Identify new intellectual property that
leads to high margin products enabling mix-up.
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
