| 岗位描述 |
Responsibilities :
1) Manage all our regional coatings laboratories across Asia
2) Ensure optimal utilization of our technical resources
3) Make technical presentation to customers
4) Provide technical support to our sales and marketing team
Requirement :
1) 5 - 8 years technical or laboratory experience in paints and coatings industry, preferred with waterbonds coating
2) min. 3 years managerial experience
3) Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemistry
4) Good knowledge on pigments and additives in coatings applications
5) Familiar with testing method for common coatings applications
6) Good presentation and communication skill (English speaking is a must)
7) Ability to manage a cross-cultural team |
