| 岗位描述 |
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing lab activities and actively representing research and product support for company's business unit.
This level of technical manager is typically responsible for a single laboratory and services a sales volume that is <$30 million / year.He / She may have lab personnel at more than one site.Typically manages a staff of five or more.He / She may have some budget accountability.
Responsible for staffing the lab and managing workload of personnel.Plans, prioritizes and oversees the completion of complex projects requiring the origination and application of new approaches.
Must have the ability to effectively communicate with and manage a staff of research professionals (exempt and non-exempt personnel).
Responsible for making various technical presentations to customers.
Normally requires a minimum of 10 years research experience and have broad knowledge of all technical disciplines related to the assigned lab.
Normally reports to Technical Director.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of written and oral English.
Good knowledge of Mandarin.
Good computer skills (Office including excel, power point, word).
Good management skills.
Good knowledge of following systems for interior wood is a benefit.
This includes:
Spray stains, wipe stains, dye stain, glazes for wood or other substrates
Pigmented basecoats and topcoat and clear coats
Nitrocellulose, CAB, Vinyl, alkyd etc.
UV curable

Acid catalyzed
